生產(chǎn)線特點和功能

YF系列PVC異型材生產(chǎn)線主要用于PVC門窗型材、寬幅門板、窗臺板擠出。該生產(chǎn)線可以根據(jù)不同型材斷面及模具,選用不同規(guī)格的平行(錐形)雙螺桿擠出機,并配置相應的真空定型臺,牽引機,切割機,翻料平臺等輔助設備。

主要擠出量可以在每小時60公斤到700公斤之間任選。牽引機采用我公司獨特升降技術(shù),工作平穩(wěn),可靠性好,牽引力大。真空定采用特殊加大洞流冷卻系統(tǒng)型,以滿足高速擠出的需要。切割機移動速度與牽引速度保同步,全部采用進口PLC電控制,設計合理,運行穩(wěn)定切割,并配備粉塵回收裝置。根據(jù)不同的磨具,定型臺可選用4米、6米、8米、11米等規(guī)格。配置平行雙螺杄擠出機,特別適用于型材高速擠出。

Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous. All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, also it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length. Powder& dust suction device can be provided With different die tooling, the tilter platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter etc. With twin parallel screw extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile material.
